Following the completion of an assessment, individualized macros are set out for the individual based on their individual goals. Clients are provided with educational information, recipes and meal planning to help them achieve success. 3 month initial commitment is required
Following the completion of 3 month commitment, clients will receive continued weekly checkins via email or call, weekly recipes, meal plan templates and support

Have me come to your organization to provide facilitated group fitness sessions. Classes can be anything from Strength & Conditioning to HIIT to yoga and Pilates -or a combination of them all. Sessions are 8 weeks long
Ensure consistency in your training by scheduling your One on One sessions in advance. Groups of 8 - 50 minute sessions. My personal gym is fully equipped for all of your fitness goals.
